I am a soccer player and I've been playing since I was 8. I want to become a better soccer player than I already am. Any drills, tips or websites that can help. Thanks in advance
Not at all soccer drills will only help you increase your stamina and burn your fat nothing else. Try doing the following -
- if you are a good lobber put some objects far aside and put some poles before it place the ball at the object and practice it atleast 20 times a day and keep increasing the distance between you and the object and put more poles as you get perfect in that you will become as sharp as Beckham and Figo.
- If you are a midfielder work out on your passing and heading.
- Practice free kicks by putting a 5 - 6ft objects and place the ball over them with control and dont put much effort on speed you will find yourself being smart when you do that . Practice it atleast 30 - 40 times a day it will help you a lot.
Having confidence in yourself is very important dont lose it success only needs practice and interest.Thats all what i can say to you. I was very good in these things but my bones were not so strong which made it difficult for me to play football.
